Access to up to 5 live online Pilates classes per week (45 minutes each, 7 am on weekdays). Full on-demand Pilates library access throughout the program. Classes are designed to build strength, sculpt, improve posture, and support nervous system balance. Early morning to create a healthy circadian rhythm, lymphatic drainage, and help you establish a habit to fall back on when it gets busy.

One-on-one gut health–focused nutrition consulting with Jill. Includes two 45-minute private video calls, a comprehensive intake questionnaire, and a personalized recipe collection tailored to your needs, preferences, and goals. Support is evidence-based, non-restrictive, and focused on healthy digestion, hormones, and sustainable nourishment.

1 live online 30-minute meditation on Sundays at 7:30 pm. Each meditation is uploaded to the library so you can revisit it anytime. Sessions focus on grounding, stress regulation, intention setting, and manifestation.

Mindset

Weekly journal prompts delivered to your inbox on Sundays to support reflection, alignment, moving toward your goals, and intentionality. Also includes one mindset shift and one health habit suggestion per week to help you gently build consistency and momentum in creating the life of your dreams.
