Jill Aida Horn, MPH, is the founder of Peak Health, a wellness community built on the belief that true health should be accessible, empowering, and deeply connected. With a Master of Public Health from USC’s Keck School of Medicine and a B.S. in Neuroscience from UCLA, Jill combines scientific expertise with a passion for holistic living. She has co-authored peer-reviewed publications on the gut–brain axis, stress physiology, nutrition, and mental health, and spent five years working alongside Emeran Mayer, MD, producing nutrition and holistic health education for broad audiences. Jill also has over six years of experience teaching Pilates and guiding movement practices.

Peak Health brings together movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and community to help people create habits that last. Jill’s approach blends functional movement, nervous system regulation, and nutrition education with an emphasis on community connection. Her mission is to make healthy living cool, communal, and sustainable—not just something to strive for, but something to enjoy every day.

Julia Guarascio is a Pilates instructor, marriage and family therapist, and lifelong athlete passionate about making movement an empowering and enjoyable part of daily life. Originally from the Bay Area, she began her career in fitness working at a local gym, where she discovered the transformative role movement could play in building resilience, strength, and confidence. Taking an integrative approach to health, fitness became her safe haven and a non-negotiable part of her lifestyle.

At Peak Health, Julia brings her love of functional movement, mindfulness, and community connection to each class. She is dedicated to helping others feel strong, grounded, and supported in their wellness journey—always with the goal of making health accessible, sustainable, and fun. You can find Julia leading Peak’s 7 a.m. online Pilates classes, guiding members toward building lasting habits and feeling their best.
