My name is Jill, and I hold a Master’s in Public Health from USC with a focus on community-centered health promotion. I’m also a certified Pilates instructor with over six years of teaching experience.
I started Peak to create a space where movement, connection, and sustainable wellness come together in a way that feels both grounding and empowering. I’m passionate about mental health, nutrition, and making health more accessible — not just as a goal, but as a lifestyle that supports the whole person.
My classes blend functional movement, mindfulness, and community, all with the intention of helping you feel stronger, more present, and more at home in your body. I’m so glad you’re here.
